Our team consists of:
Jeffrey Goodchild – With over 35 years of experience as a building designer and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. Initially, working as a Land Surveyor, Jeffrey then later qualified as a Site Engineer and Site Manager. For the last 30 years, Jeffrey has been running his own business as an Architectural Technologist. At over 60 years of age he has a wealth of experience and has successfully completed a considerable amount of design work. As an individual member, Jeff’s contribution has the added bonus of being supported by Membership of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).
Nick Goodchild – qualified for over 19 years and working in the construction industry for 24 years, Nick now usually takes the role of lead designer on most new projects. He started out his building design career working within a well known Architectural Design practice.
Nick prides himself on building good client relationships taking much satisfaction from exceeding clients expectations. He has built a reputation for delivering a high quality service which he has maintained through a real understanding of his clients to achieve elegant design solutions, which are also practical and cost effective.
Showing a passionate commitment to designing buildings, which are both functional and visually stimulating. Nick offers a client focused service, which produces imaginative, unique and holistic architectural design solutions that are highly responsive to client needs and expectations. All projects are approached without preconceived ideas and this enables him to produce genuine designs that are the result of a collaborative process.
Heather Goodchild – Recently graduating from the University of Huddersfield with a BSc (Hons) degree in Architectural Technology and 4 years of experience working within a family-run architectural business, Heather has a fresh outlook on sustainable design and is able to incorporate modern design and construction methods into new developments whilst also having a passion for quality in her work.

We aim to maintain competitive costs for our clients and our priority is to ensure that every job we do is completed to the highest of quality. Altogether, we have completed more than 6,000 architectural building designs.
